This is a catch all topic for these keywords: "Remote Neural Monitoring", "Havana Syndrome" and "BadBIOS".

The relation among them is that they are all weapons based on electromagnetic waves (radio) used by militaries for covert crimes against civilians on an ongoing total war. While there is some infighting between the operatives with access to these weapons, civilians make up a bigger proportion of casualties.

I will write something bellow to kickstart the topic, but it is not my intention yet to convince lay people of the existence of these weapons, but rather to welcome others in the known to cross-check findings.

Electromagnetic Spectrum Dominance

Anyone within range of phone radio towers is under total surveillance by advanced military covert radars.

Remote Neural Monitoring captures everything in their brains and their body movements, while Havana Syndrome induces brain damage. BadBIOS (hardware backdoors) captures everything in their computers and phones and can sabotage any computation, delete files or insert files.

Evidence of this can't be given by others because the operatives sabotage any attempts (see what happened to John McAfee), but one can investigate independently. Big groups like Microsoft who can deploy vast telemetry have a better shot. One of the reasons that Microsoft decided to push Windows 11 is because their telemetry has shown recurrent anomalies happening on older devices. But even Microsoft is gated by the Department of Defense refusing full collaboration. While Microsoft says Windows 11 and modern CPUs will give "security" to regular consumers at the same level used by the US military, the DoD refusal to let the public know why they are pushing for the physical removal of Chinese carrier network equipment indicates that, while they intent to secure their citizens from other countries, they don't intent to secure the citizens from the DoD itself.

NATO's push to add Cognitive Warfare as another domain of combat may mean that the truth about these weapons will surfaces as they move from the testing phase on guinea pig civilians to full blow deterrence inducing weapons like nuclear bombs. Countries like Chile have already proposed legislation about neural-rights, but the media has failed to pick up that their own neurons are under assault now, so public debate has been lacking. Maybe not for long, given how the pace of people who oppose the use of these weapons has been picking up.

Companies get hacked all the time and extorted with ransomware. The computers that control 3G/4G/5G network don't have data that can be held for ransom, but that doesn't mean they can't also be used for extortion after being hacked. What if they are modified to believe there are 50 phones in the space where a person's head is? The combined power output of the phone tower trying to connect to the non-existent phones would damage someone's tissues. Now the criminals can give that someone a notice that this won't stop unless they pay up or obey their orders.

If not even the giants of Silicon Valley are immune to hacking, there is no reason to expect telecom providers are either, even if public opinion thinks these for profit companies care more about public safety than money.

AMD PSP and Intel ME are where the biggest backdooors in computation are. The fact they refuse to share the source code is prima facie evidence of shenanigans. Of course they hide behind the convenient excuse that its for your safety and security, but recent evidence shows that these backdoors are easily pwned by skilled hackers.

Last but not least, is how the DoD refuses to have hardware with these backdoors installed. Its obvious to anyone these are backdoors.

Project Blue Beam makes mention to a microchip in every device. Some say it is made by Texas Instruments and is in all digital devices, not just general purpose computers. While PSP/ME is accessible by IP networks, Blue Beam's microchip is accessible even without a network stack. My empirical test are coherent with this.

Eric Schmidt, the former Google chairman, told Reuters in a recent interview that high-end processors should have kill-switches.

"Knowing where the chips go is probably a very good thing. You could for example, on every chip put in essentially a public private key pair, which authenticates it and allows it to work".

hxxps://www.reuters.com/technology/chip-challenge-keeping-western-semiconductors-out-russian-weapons-2022-04-01/

What he won't tell is that this is already a reality, as I learned after having my air-gapped system and Pixel phone wiped remotely for researching "silent speech interfaces" like this:

SpeakUp: Silent Speech Interface; Low Cost; Arduino; Machine Learning

Project Summary by Varun Chandrashekhar: "I have designed and developed a speech interfaced for the paralyzed, which they can use to communicate without speaking. This device detects speech-related electrical signals from the throat and converts them into letters or words that we recognize using machine learning models."

SpeakUp – ML Based Speech Aid to Enable Silent Communication
hxxps://create.arduino.cc/projecthub/Varun_Chandrashekhar/speakup-ml-based-speech-aid-to-enable-silent-communication-ffd9f8

My comment about the project: easily replicable by anyone with computer science knowledge, different from what is being done with the silicon trojans in the 3G/4G/5G equipment only on it needing physical probes. Anyone doing research on this area be cautious of sabotage when using US designed CPUs (AMD/INTEL/QUALCOMM/APPLE/ARM), as the microcode, SMM and firmware of your system may be manipulated to mess up your computations. Ask your own Nation to stop trusting Silicon Valley and make your own silicon supply chain and tech services. Meanwhile, mitigate this situation by moving to an area away from any cell radio transmitter (check coverage on OpenCellID.org) and shielding yourself and your devices from electromagnetic eavesdropping and interference.

Eric Schmidt: However, our report says that it's really important for us to find a way to maintain two generations of semiconductor leadership ahead of China. Now, the history here is important. In the 1980s, we created a group called SEMATECH. We had a bunch of semiconductor manufacturing in America. Eventually that all moved to East Asia, primarily Singapore, and then South Korea and now Taiwan through TSMC. The most important chips are made in Samsung and TSMC, South Korea, and Taiwan. China has had over 30 years to plan to try to catch up. It's really difficult.

Eric Schmidt: We don't want them to catch up. We want to stay ahead. We call for all sorts of techniques to try to make sure that we rebuild a domestic semiconductor and semiconductor manufacturing facility within the United States. This is important, by the way, for our commercial industry as well as for national security for obvious reasons. By the way, chips, I'm not just referring to CPU chips, there's a whole new generation, I'll give you an example, of sensor chips that sense things. It's really important that those be built in America.

What are the chips that "sense things" and that Schmidt wants so much to prevent from being available to China and any other country?

Short answer: electromagnetic sensors used to spy on everybody so Google can show them "relevant ads" and profit. You will find them embedded on your CPU, on the nearest cellphone tower's transmitter and on Starlink satellites.

Slightly longer answer: since the 1980s, Silicon Valley has used semiconductor radars to collect data about what you think (your inner speech) by means of machine learning with data extract from wireless imaging of your face and body. It has proved very convenient for them, as this enables blackmail, extortion, theft, sabotage and murder like nothing else. They can do this because they design the semiconductor used on your phone, computer, TV, car and for your telecom supplier's network equipment, which makes possible to embed silicon trojans everywhere.

Don't underestimate what machine learning can do. e.g. Study shows AI can identify self-reported race from medical images that contain no indications of race detectable by human experts.

Also, don't underestimate the number of people Silicon Valley is willing to kill to maintain a monopoly, as you may be the next victim.

Jewish Man, Unemployed PhD, Stabbed Russian Journalist Because She Was "Harassing Him Telepathically" (2017)

"Using this telepathic contact she stole in every night and tormented me. ... She had been (sexually) harassing me for two months," the man says in the clip.

A blog post revealed by the Echo of Moscow also shows Grits claiming there would be "very unpleasant consequences" should her alleged stalking continue.

"Tatyana Felgengauer is stalking me non-stop: morning, day and night," he wrote. "In a few weeks, I am coming to Moscow and if this does not stop the consequences could be very unpleasant."

Putin seems unaware of these technique for creating crazy people and weaponizing them for chaos.

"A sick person showed up. What does freedom of speech have to do with it? He came from Israel and attacked a journalist," Putin was quoted by the state-run TASS news agency as saying.

Russian investigators said last week that they believe the attack was most likely driven by Grits's "psychological instability" and that there is no convincing evidence of a hidden agenda or a third party involved in the stabbing.

Putin seems unaware of the tech used to create Manchurian Candidates.

Still happens today. Adélio Bispo in Brazil was one.

all this FUD about chips implying that pretty much every chip doesn't get delidded and die shots taken at some point. for all this "evil chips in your devices!!" shit, just remember there are hordes of people who were taking the toaster apart when they were kids and have never stopped since - if there were malicious chips, we'd know about it.

Shielding Against Maser: Jerked beef meat, low fat, 1-2cm thick, absorbs radiation enough to prevent ill effects to body part in line of sight

Animal meat in general comes close to the human body's composition and when used as shielding will absorb radiation that would affect it.

Jerked Beef has long shelf life (salt and chemicals to preserve it are added during manufacturing) and is sold in strong plastic packaging that is unlikely to break or leak, making it suitable for wearing around the body with adapted clothing to hold it.

After one week of using three different cuts of jerked beef in this manner, I attest the overall effectivity of it, with somewhat 99% decrease of radiation burns in the areas covered by them. Given the line of sight nature of electromagnetic weapons, they can't hit what is behind the meat with the same intensity as if the meat wasn't there.

For pressure/gravity waves with possibly still unknown particles, the decrease was a little less, 80-90 percent. I suppose an even less fatty cut than the ones I used would be more effective.

I strongly advise that people with V2K/artificial telepathy consider testing an enclosure of meat (not necessarily jerked beef, try other dried meat also) as a shield for their heads. It may be too heavy on the neck for portable usage, but if it is deemed to work, it can be used for liveable quarters' shielding.

Woman forces emergency landing after biting passenger and claiming Jesus told her to open plane door mid-flight

A victim of electromagnetic weaponry used by terrorists for covert crime. Religious figures don't talk to people "telepathically" to make them kill others, criminals posing as them do.

By using these same weapons and methods, they have managed to coerce people working in semiconductor industries into inserting backdoors into all your CPUs - albeit they would rather not be known that this is the case and prefer resorting to making people do what that woman did so killings look like human error instead of malicious sabotage.

"Aliens" is just one of the false narratives propped up so people keep looking up to the skies while weaponry buried on Earth's core (maybe by a previous civilization, "Silurian hypothesis") is used for total electromagnetic surveillance of this planet and sabotage of our science - like in the Three Body Trilogy.

We literally know about it, AMD PSP and Intel ME are not fiction.

Jesus christ dude at least try to organize your non-sense into a coherent stream of thought.
Some formatting would help too.

Like, what are you even getting at? To scare us? To inform us that ooga booga gov and big corp bad?
WOAH! MY WORLD IS FOREVER CHANGED!!

If you step outside and go for a walk around the block youre aware of this shit. If you do literally anything other than live under a rock or within an uncontacted indigenious tribe YOURE AWARE OF THIS SHIT. We have it force-fed to us by cable-news, 'journalists', ads, and the great algorithm gods.
Some iPad kid spamming dystopia-porn isn't fucking interesting. No one cares.
Talk about how to mitigate the shit. "Oh woah theyre putting chemicals in the water that turns me into a GAY RETARD!? What can I do to not turn into a GAY RETARD!?"
-> discuss rain harvesting, water purification, techniques. Fuckin... how to do reverse osmosis at home type-beat.

Discuss solutions, preventions, and mitigations.

I'll start.
If your threat model includes government entities or other similarly sofisticated attackers and you're worried about CPU backdoors such as Intel ME, don't use x86 chips!
Get a RISC-V SBC and throw OpenBSD on that bitch. (Pine64 will have a real nice one soon) Setup proxychains with your choice assortment of VPN, I2P, Tor, n residential proxies.

Don't like the feeling of Apple and Google collecting all the shit they can about you?
Buy a recent Pixel and throw Graphene OS on that bitch. Don't know about hardware and are unfoundedly afraid of any hardware with 'google' in the name? Consider a pinephone, librem 5, or literally any phone that can install /e/, Lineage, Librem, or PostMarket OS (there's hundreds)

Woah that's like... stuff that could potentially spawn a productive discussion... like... stuff that could even, however maybe small, improve things.
but idk maybe we can instead just circle-jerk eachother with dystopia-porn scare links until we're all quaking in our boots and afraid to leave our homes

Does anyone have some information on how to construct electromagnetic shielding?
Against extremely low frequency waves, use jerky meat or pet ration. The weapons using these frequencies are optimized to harm the human body, so anything that closely resembles it will absorb the waves in line of sight so the radiation is wholly absorbers by it and doesn't hit the body. The issue is coverage, as it gets expensive to cover huge areas, but it can be done.

Not saying this to stop you or anything, but they're illegal in a lot of places. They are where I live at least.

I know this because I researched cell-phone blockers a lot in my student days because I was so annoyed at people talking on the phone on the train. If I had the tools, I might have made one myself.
