Hypnagogic

Generally samples a whole lot of everything, noted as being the more accessible twin of vaporwave. The term was coined by netlabel Fortune 500 and its many releases followed the term and style. The most prominent substyle of Hypnagogic is TV-inspired vaporwave which is very easily characterized by its use of multiple TV samples, and it’s 80s TV inspired aesthetic. Hypnagogic is often mislabeled as being plain Vaporwave.

    It's not particularly good art theory, in my estimation, but I admit I am biased towards my own thought (you might describe it as similar to that of Tolstoy).

    He's just all over the place, everywhere. He's mostly interested in pretty sounding lines and ideas, barely interested in telling a compelling story, and not at all interested in logically and methodically proving anything. He's just musing on a page
