I have added my first DSiPaint/3DSPaint blog to the archives and gotten the layout nearly finished, I have like 2-3 more things to change layout-wise and thats it I can begin porting Paint blogs over. Also yes, the archive website works on DSi (u must use the HTTP version, i tried HTTPS and it doesnt work on DSi/Wii browser)
