I've managed to install the toolchain for the raspberry pi pico W. I used the example programs that were provided. Since the pico microcontroller I got have wifi and bluetooth capabilities, There was an example program that scans available wireless networks, and also one that does a simple LED blinking program. Seems interesting. I want to improve my C programming, So i'll probably used the C/C++ SDK. I'm quite interested to see the projects I can do with it. I have my eye on an inverted pendulum project.

Recently bought some electronics to actually use the stuff I learnt in uni lmao. I got raspberry pi pico W (A small microcontroller), some electronics components kits with resistors, capacitors etc. I'm quite interested in Control Theory related stuff, I liked the modules I learnt in uni, I've even bought some books on it. I'll get a soldering iron later but I'm eyeing the hakko or weller soldering stations.

Anyone heard the Inside an Exogorth song from star wars outlaws? It was playing in club tarsus, from the gameplays I've seen, you hear it around 20-30mins of gameplay in star wars outlaws, sounds pretty cool

I should have completed Nand2Tetris months ago, but too many distractions means that I haven't. I had to redo some chapter exercises to refresh my memory, but now I've completed all the exercises upto the parts I haven't yet read. A small bug in the VM translator exercises lead me to procrastinate. Turns out I added an extra push instruction, which I tracked down after a few hours of no distraction and commiting lmao. Anyways now I'm on chapter 9. I'll probably try to focus more and finish within 2 weeks

Have you guys ever been on sites like webtoon or tapas? Basically sites where you can read comics designed for reading on smart phones made by artists. I've noticed that there are repetitive stories and plots in some of them. For example Solo leveling, it's a now an anime, but It was originally a webcomic. It's basically a story about how gates appear in the world (The story focuses on gates in south korea), and monsters come out, and people called "hunters" fight them. I thought it found the anime quite interesting, and it got me interested in reading webcomics, maybe I could find some interesting stories. So I went to a site like webtoon. Then I notice a similar plot in so many comics, and not on that web toon comics but other sites as well. I don't know if it has a genre name. It's where some "gates" randomly appear in the world and then "hunters" fight the monsters. They even use the same words, "gates" and "hunters". Another plot point was where it would be about some guy, who would reading a book that not many people read(in the story), or they master a game, only for that game/book to become reality and they're the only ones that can stop the monsters, or they enriched themselves with their "secret" knowledge. The art in the comics seem to be great but the stories can sometimes seem quite repetitive
