    There is a Marashal( CEO of blackrock), there are several forces under him(governments, illegal militaries and corporations), these forces are divided to corps called countries, there are different divisions (transportation , nutrition supply , infrastructure etc. for corporations, authoritarian or liberal for government, different flavours of terror for illegal militaries) organisations from the same division rarel not to interact but different divisions constantly do.
    One CEO holds more power than all professors combined, that corporation is structured like a military but it is inefficient, the corporation itself doesn't care about the actual cultural situation as long as it isn't radically left wing or anarchist(which he immediately destroys)
