I have something actually potentially beneficial to say today.

I noticed that lately on youtube, the shorts sections have a little x in the top right of them. If you click it it asks you "want to see less of this?" If you can find and click like 4 of them it eventually straight up stops recommending shorts to you on the homepage. This is super cool.

If you wanted to stop watching shorts and have no problem not seeking them out but keep getting drawn in by the homepage ones, they finally added a solution. Hope I could help.

Go to sleep, have a dream about microwaving a fork, wake up 2 hours later, try to get back to sleep for the next 7 hours unsuccessfully before finally giving up. Very cool. I love my brain this is so fun.
