I hate to disappoint, but...

I mean, I guess you can go all out Punp on it and draw text in vector graphics and then extrude it in Blender, but that is way above amateur level.

Aseprite, Affinity, Blender. Low cost, own-it-forever programs.

I used a free program called Paint.net, with a mod that allowed me to make and edit gifs.

Were you thinking something more like this?

The only other thing I could think to add was adding some zappy jiggle to the letters, but oh man I did not feel like putting that much work into this rework.

Had that same thought gnawing at me but it was 2 am already lmao, i think this is better now
