A little bit of context before starting, i live in guatemala, a latin american country in the central american region, as any other country in this region, the cable wasn't that much popular because of the prices, so all we had in home was the local television, was a sort of hit and miss, but the one i liked the most as a kid was the channel 4, it was the channel of culture and entertainment, because of how cheap the licenses of retro and foreign (specially the japanese and eastern european) shows the channel 4 was filled with so many 80s and 90s content, even if it was the 2006-2007 (i was born in 2002), they still brodcasted a lot of old shows, specially Japanese and animes, that's because Mexico and Argentina made the dubs for the series, so i usually spent most of my time after school watching some of the content the nipones has to offer, this is a list of "live action" shows, because i think animes deserve their own thread, but yeah the ones i remember the most are:

Takeshi's Castle was dubbed and broadcast here as a show parodying contest shows, which they rebranded as "Most Extreme Elimination". Tons of fun. I heard the original is considered a classic but I can vouch that MXC is quite good too.

Watching Once there was ... (Series) Space, jap-french animated edu kids series. But if you ask me, the politics and struggle slaps there. As kid, I watched Body, and saw few Historic figures episodes. It is interesting to see from that series, to see how aesthetics change by eras (70, 80, Earth 08, maybe there is 90s too, from that there are 7 titles in the series/saga).
Found one episode on YT, otherwise watching on "proxy"-site. Nice to see 80s aesthetics, in Space.

Btw the one with the meme monkey - polish one, Macko uško , got similar aesthetics.
Don't forget Pat and Mat, Pokémon, Hannah Montana, mildy iCarly, American dragon Jake Long, Takeshi castle too; Fortress Boyard, Wipe out, 05 or so Big brothers - heavily parodied in Slovak S O S (antic feel) sketch show. (Idk how much of it I can find). Czech Tele-tele (same format), 05 or so reruns of Power Rangers from 90s (don't remember much, only that they loved on flying island somehow), some dragon??? animated series show (how to raise your dragon? Sequel? Prequel? Another show?) , they too lived on flying islands, running in max 2010-12, title sequence was like those islands drawn and animated on pergamen, brown-yellow/white style... (Code lyoko on channel 5 France - nothing but this on TV, — then, too, there was some little devil and his dad, lulking in red "50s" flying saucer around, — was 3d, CGI animated [urbling style, iukwim] (idk the name of it)

Many shows. From Tom and Jerry, to 2013s/subway surfers...
