Kind of hesitant to bump this thread just to post ANOTHER Blood Meridian video essay, but a good channel I recently discovered just posted one that's worth sharing:

I like his straightforward presentation style a lot. I'm pretty sure many of his main points about human pride, violence, spiritual death, and THE DECLINE OF THE WEST have been brought up elsewhere in relation to BM, but he presents them without wasting your time. (The video essays he has on Citizen Kane and Abel Gance's Napoleon are also really good.)
