Nagolbud was a mentally ill shitposter who used this place to spread his wacky conspiracy theories (even by Agora Road standards). Eventually he got banned by the Pirate (IIRC the Pirate wanted him to chill out but do not quote me on that) and threw a shit fit about it. He ended up starting his own forum where he and his simps could jerk each other off.
He is likely being blamed since he is sorta a meme here and really hates this place.
