does this Foreigner song sound familiar to anyone else? (possible sample)

recently i was checking out the official album of the 1984 Los Angeles Summer Olympics, and when i heard the song "Street Thunder" by Foreigner i got a feeling of deja vu like i had heard this song before. i wouldn't have heard it on the radio since stations don't tend to play B-sides (Street Thunder is the flip to "I Want To Know What Love Is", so i feel like i must have heard it years ago in a vaporwave song. does anyone recognize this as the sample to a vaporwave song they may have heard?
