G.A.T.E. - MKULTRA IS ALIVE AND KICKING

Recently- earlier this year, actually, so not that recently, I was hanging out on /x/, as I'm sure quite a few of us tend to do- procrastinating school work, and suffering from general mental burnout- when I came across a thread that piqued my interest. It had an exceedingly schizopilled title, something along the lines of "THE CIA EXPERIMENTED ON YOU - G.A.T.E."

It had a clearly copy and pasted list in the OP, which you can find in several, several locations across the internet, along with a brief summary.

Throughout the 90s and early 2000s (pre-2010s), the government ran a program known as "Gifted And Talented Education". It purported to be teaching advanced/hyperintelligent students, with an advanced curriculum that would appeal to them, and their accelerated learning capacity. Of course, this theory purports, this is merely a front, and the true purpose of these experiments classes was to... TEST CHILDREN FOR ESP AND TURN THEM INTO CIA GOVERNMENT CYBERDRONESSSS!!!

I couldn't find the original thread archived, but I found the next best thing- an archived /pol/ thread, where someone is schizzing out about it.

So, another GATE washout posted in a tinfoil thread a few hours ago. Been trying to dig up info since. I remember these threads from a few months ago, but it seemed like people had lost interest. Any new info?

>quick rundown

GATE = Gifted and Talented Education, it's a part of the American system. Basically kids are put through a screening test around grade 3-4 and some are selected by the results of the test to go into separate classes, sometimes separate schools for a day or so each week. Here they are given the most advanced memes the state has in order to ensure they follow the rest of the cattle, or better yet, become the left wing memes and get handed the keys to the gate.

Fastforward from grade school, shitposting on /pol/ one day [ https://archive.is/qQkpC ] about LSD trips, kek, and the other 41 deities re-incarnating back to Earth for the final battle and what do you know, the thread is full of ex-GATE kids, like all of us (till it got shill bombed) were top of our class gifted and talented students who went through this special system.

A few similarities about us became apparent as the threads naturally evolved;
- Blue eyes (hazel seems equally common)
- Occipital Bun (aka math bump on the back of skull)
- Birth Complications (like weeks early or not breathing)
- Near Death Experiences (particularly drowning)
- lack of memory of GATE - (we all did many many hours there, and it's very vague)
- windows were covered
- tendency to being followed (abductions and general tracking too)
Other similarities, less common but still a few exGATErs agree on these too;
- Interest in /x/ phenomena
- Heavy early twenties drug period
- Forehead scares
- Early speech therapy
- First born sons
- Migraines
- Israeli art student girlfriends (not even joking)
- Meme Magic
- Premonitions/prophetic dreams
- Above average intuition

>p much match this list 100% save for the artsy israeli gf, unless my wife has neglected to mention something to me.

---END COPYPASTE---

So here's the thing about that damn list- I see it in every fucking resource about this rabbithole. And I can't find the original source.

I was in GATE when I was younger, and I think I match up with much more of this list than I feel comfortable sharing.

So here's my story from it-

I remember only this much: The windows were always covered by black construction paper, and they kept the room very dark. Only one light was ever one, and we never really did anything project-wise. There were dioramas all over the hall, which they said the previous class did, but nobody seemed to ever remember making those dioramas. Another thing- kids would just disappear and be memory-holed from the class's consciousness, or something.

There was this kid, Ross, who went through the program for the fall semester of the school year, but stopped coming after winter break. When I asked about him, I was scolded, and laughed at, and told he never came to the program, or was involved. Asking the other students got me the same exact response. Apparently, Ross was never there.

He broke his arm a week later, and was never seen at the school again.

As for what we did in the class? Can't fucking remember. The teacher always looked worried- she would make us write shit, a lot. Like, essays far beyond our age level, research essays, but we weren't allowed to do research- we had to make up the facts along the way, and they "had to be correct". We never received grades on them, or ever saw them after we turned them in.

Other weird shit, as well, I think- Something with cards, and a lot of random snack parties, without any reasons for them.

Definitely have distinct memories of being taken to a windowless room in third grade and doing weird exercises with cards but I'm pretty sure it was just IQ testing. I wonder how many people are just extrapolating from vague childhood memories of that? I think it used to be quite common

They don't usually use cards to test IQ and the likes, but I hear ya. How much of it is just mandela effect vs what might be real

I remember the entire class was tested in about third grade, and four kids per grade were selected to attend another school for the program - I was one of them. They actually called it something different from GATE for us, but it's the exact same thing. Some of these traits hit a little too close to home for me, and I too don't remember all too much of it - quite honestly, I fucking pray it's just me extrapolating vague childhood memories, maybe I'm just being schizo :confusedMikasa:Two of my other friends in the program met the characteristics as well, more so than myself actually, but that's a small sample size.

I'll give you a few more items that may jog some memories for you:

  • 'Mrs. Wise' as the older instructor
  • headphones and a set of colored tapes that played different tones
  • games like being spun around until you were dizzy while chanting a rhyme
  • 13x13x13 grid of mind fragments
  • sending memories you can't deal with 'over the rainbow'
  • affinity for Wizard of OZ and Lewis Carroll books
  • parts of Star Trek or Star Wars making you feel weird or disconnected
  • long seemingly random number sequences as commands
  • missing time periods or finding yourself in a different location far from where you thought you were
  • spaceship design exercise where you are asked what the most important parts of the spaceship are
  • being asked what the opposite of a ruler or tape measure is ( a clock )
  • having to choose the animal you identify with: monkey, pig, rabbit, cow, rooster or mouse
  • feeling electric shocks during night terrors
  • gang-stalking
  • knowledge of occult that you aren't sure where it came from
My advice is that you can become free, but, it is very difficult. If you are still an active asset someone very close to you is reinforcing your programming. There is freedom in and through Jesus Christ, but, you probably have been given severe emotions to drive you away from Him or religion in general, despite an interest in paranormal events. Many individuals have broken free and remain free.

Was put into the GATE program in 3rd grade:
- Have Blue Eyes
- No Occipital Bun - Though incredibly good at math
- Was a week late being born on account of being 11 lbs. at birth
- Too many Near Death experiences to count at this point. Almost drown in our pool when I was 5.
- I remember being taken to a wing of the school that's hidden behind the gym that had no windows. The school is torn down now. Though remembering the whole process is hazy at best. Lots of writing, math and reading followed by word associations. It reminded me a lot of the Army ASVAB.
- No Windows in the testing rooms. There were teachers, administrators and people observing and recording results.
- Gang Stalking isn't real. Take your meds, schizo.
- Occult and paranormal phenomena are two of my favorite interests and I love reading about them. I have an entire book case full of first editions and continue to collect to this day.
- Psychedelics were a way of my life in my early to mid 20's
- No Forehead Scares?
- No Speech Therapy
- First Born Son
- Get terrible tension headaches all the time
> tfw no big tiddied Jewish Art student gf. Wife is Finnish.
- I roll dubs and trips far more than I care to admit
- Everyone has connection to this part of spirit, stop drinking fluoridated tap water and let your Pineal gland decalcify.
- My intuition about people, places and things is never wrong.

> Picrel of my school with where the classrooms, main office and gym location
> Building was built in 1925
> Was named after James C. Donnell

This information is highly concerning, and it really makes me reflect on my own early education experience. Some background-

I was a really bad kid in 2nd grade, and I acted out quite often. Despite that, I did very well in my classes, and I even started up a small comic book company at the time ( I was inspired to be a writer by Captain Underpants, if you can believe it). Anyway, I "calmed down" around 3rd grade- and as a result, I was taken in for the Gifted and Talented testing. I will now match up my traits to the list.

- Hazel Eyes
- I didn't even realize that I had it until now, but I actually do have an Occipital Bun. I still suck at math though.
- No birth complications (that I'm aware of).
- I did have one when I was very young, I spent one Christmas in the hospital due to a multitude of issues involving my ears and throat. The doctors needed to do surgery- otherwise my condition could have been fatal.
- I do have fuzzy memories of the GT program- but it's been so long I can chalk that up to natural causes.
- The testing room did have some covered windows, though not all of them were.
- I was never followed (again, to my knowledge).

As far as the other similarities go, here are the ones that apply to me:

-I am interested in some /x/ related topics (such as cryptids and the deep ocean), but not anything occult-oriented.
-First born son
-Above average intuition

Here are the some other memories that @Disciple mentioned that apply to me:

-headphones and a set of colored tapes that played different tones
-affinity for Wizard of OZ
-parts of Star Wars making you feel weird or disconnected (This is kind of vague, but It has happened before when I was young).
-having to choose the animal you identify with: monkey, pig, rabbit, cow, rooster or mouse (This is a pretty common psychology question for anyone that's gone to therapy before. I've always picked the turtle).

Now that I've finished listing off the similarities I have, I want to conclude with my experience and theories.

In 3rd grade, I was tested for the Gifted and Talented program. It is my belief that I was not admitted, though for some reason I was allotted more freedom and responsibility in the school after these tests. For example, I was the only child in my grade that was allowed to assist the school librarians, I was allowed to continue my homemade comic book business unimpeded by school censors, and I was even allowed into a private room where I could play strange games on the computer. There's one game in particular where you play as an apple that I've never been able to find. I was on a Mac, I know that much.

I did not stay in that public school after the 3rd grade- when 4th grade came around, I was moved to a newly opened Gifted and Talented Academy charter school. I will not give the full name of the school for the sake of preserving my anonymity, but interestingly enough, I checked back on the school on Google Maps this morning- and the "Gifted and Talented" part of the name has been erased.

I also have a brief (and highly traumatizing) experience in something called a KIPP academy in 5th grade, so if y'all are interested in hearing about that, I will tell all that I remember.

As far as my theories go- I doubt that there is something supernatural going on with the GT program. I do believe that it could be some kind of MLULTRA/grooming program for children that are viewed as "useful" to the upper echelons of power- but I highly doubt that my ghetto public school was a part of that.

If you're comfortable with talking about it, I'd definitely be interested in hearing what happened with the KIPP academy.

Honestly, I would probably need to make a post on my site detailing my experiences- it would take too long in a reply or in a thread.

what's the point of the reply if its not in the thread? It seems most of us here have at least some kind of experience with it.

opg

Reading this gave me goosebumps.

- Blue eyes
- Occipital Bun (didn't even notice mine was prominent until I read this and took a pic from the side)
- My umbilical cord was wrapped around my neck badly, and while I believe this is relatively common mine sounded to be severe
- Fell in a pool and almost drowned when I was 3
- Lack of memory about GT - I thought I decided to leave the program after a class or two, but according to my dad I was in there for longer
- Windows were covered, and our class was in the science lab in the elementary school and the only one that used it
- Love for paranormal and the sorts
- 21 now and I definitely enjoy drugs, try to stay responsible and keep weed as my main thing though
- Forehead scar from running into a table when I was about 5
- Took speech therapy in 3rd grade, I couldn't pronounce the letter r very well most of them sounded like a w.
- To add on to that above, I went into kindergarten not being able to read at all then by second grade had "reading skills of an 8th grader"
- First born and only son
- I get bad headaches in the back right of my head, if I have a headache it's always there. Wouldn't consider them migraines though
- I don't have them as often now, but I used to have a lot of "split reality" dreams as I'd call them, and have never been able to find others with experiences like them. That's a whole nother topic though.

Also, the teacher for it ended up switching to the middle school the year I went into it in 6th grade. She was my teacher for homeroom then.

Found this thread while searching after seeing the /x/ thread about GATE, which I participated in, from third to fifth grade (~'97-'99):

My hits from the 'template':

hazel eyes//
//occipital bun
//nearly drowned by falling into a pool fully clothed trying to retrieve an innertube
//GATE student 1997-2000
//vague memories of the program/my early childhood altogether
//although I definitely recall the windows being covered in roller/paper mache
//no record despite run ins with law enforcement
//131 IQ
//lifelong interest in /x/ phenomena
//earlier drug experimentation phase (16-19 psychedelics, heroin addict from 21-29)
//forehead scar
//firstborn son
//life long vivid dreams, sometime prophetic (had one about a spaceship exploding the night before the Challenger disaster)
//above average intuition

(Apologies for the wall of text, formatting on mobile sucks)

Also distinctly remember frequent "hearing" tests that were more about pattern recognition, and then anticipating when a tone would occur (pre-cog-ish? not unlike the Zener cards exercise, which we were also doing). And as others have said, heavy emphasis on group work and brainstorming.

When I would return to my normal classes, I would often space out with my head down, eyelids closed, and using the pressure from my arm to induce visualization, fractal colorful patterns at first (not unlinked the old trippy first person maze screensaver from windows 98) but gradually more detailed "imaginary" progressions, places, things...
I loved it and thought it was so cool, tried asking others if they could do it as well but no one seemed to get it, or they just mocked or ignored. My "normal" teacher would scold me for "napping" even though I insisted I wasn't sleeping. My GATE teacher, on the other hand, encouraged me to "free write" while doing it.

Anyways, ended up going down the rabbit hole after seeing other threads over the past few months, and reflecting on my own experiences, so this is me joining the conversation.

Kinda curious that I match with most of the points being told here, even tho I didn't even know that G.A.T.E stuff because I never lived in the USA. Never I went through anything remotely similar to that GATE thing, and I have pretty clear memories of third and four grade as I had that consciousness ever since a pretty early age. I was pretty lucky not to be born in the USA for sure.
Even though I always was separated from the online paranormal research and even was a bit scared of getting into it, I always had certain interest on it as I had seen and heard about those experiences ever since I was a child. Ending up on this website is even more weird of a coincidence.

VHSMARONITE's story is making me curious, please tell us man!

I sometimes display complex skill sets, I have no contextual historical reason know, and do not remember learning or being taught. But am BAM at least semi-knowledgeable to damn good at random blahblittyblah cuz it just came up. But other times I forget where I was going?
I swear to god I hear what is like background conversations (like restaurant noise) when I'm laying bed or just chilling sometimes.

A few similarities about us became apparent as the threads naturally evolved;
- Blue eyes (hazel seems equally common)

- Birth Complications (like weeks early or not breathing)
- Near Death Experiences (particularly drowning)
- lack of memory of GATE - (we all did many many hours there, and it's very vague)
- windows were covered
- tendency to being followed (abductions and general tracking too)
Other similarities, less common but still a few exGATErs agree on these too;
- Interest in /x/ phenomena

Other weird shit, as well, I think- Something with cards, and a lot of random snack parties, without any reasons for them.

someone put this for 13 year old child words
