I hate to use the "it's a private platform" argument that has been so misconstrued, lied about, and generally overused to the point of being worthless at this point, but unless there's legal grounds for dismissal and/or violation of some actual law, this lawsuit is frivolous.

You can't just sue people for not choosing you over someone else, even if they pick someone else for stupid (or even biased) reasons.

Those protections exist for employees, but this looks like it was a contractor-client arrangement, and there's no legal argument for why a business should choose one contract over another.

I don't read Greek or know the laws in Greece though.
