i now think possibly so due to philosophical evidence. imo points in favor include

- formal equivalence to conventional model via sphere inversion
- absent center of inverted sphere corresponds to conformal limit of universe
- re-establishes earth as global focal region (container of world, not center)
- gives spatial identification of aliens from space as demons
- dual identification of earth and water creatures as angels
- human milieu occurs over across inflection boundary of heaven and the other place

on the other hand, the main point against as i see, is that while it may work metaphysically for humans, it may also be seen as disrespectful to such good aliens as may actually exist. what do others think?

Look into Hyperborea and Operation Deep Freeze. The aliens do exist, they are just not of this dimension. You can see them anytime you like via astral projection and/or drug use.

i'm not surprised. there are probably many parallel earths that all interface each other. those are the ones that i would guess might appear as good aliens, probably even in human form while in our planet. in that case, they would probably regard their own worlds as holding the universe too, so they would understand our point of view and we could get along.

the way it was explained to me(and why i kinda believe it) is this. look at a rock with water on it, its porous and covered with holes. Thats what the earth is, a porous rock. so it would be reasonable to assume our earth also has those holes and caverns. Forming the hollow earth.

This is something that stands out to me. Also, the very idea of there being a place so vast and unknown to modern science. Frankly, I love ideas and theories that would put our present knowledge into a place of humility. We get so high and mighty about how smart we are, I enjoy a bit of scientific embarrassment. Similar thing with 'hollow moon theory.'

Plus it's a fantastic idea for storytelling, the idea that below our feet is an entire land or world about which we know next to nothing, and that may or may not be hostile. It's something that could throw a character into a whirl of questions, kind of an existential crisis if the world is big enough.

As far as philosophical justifications, eh, the best I think I could give is mankind thinking their wisdom as vast as the heavens, but in reality it without any depth. Men thinking they stand on a solid ground, when beneath them is a gaping void.

For storytelling, if the 'inner world' were hostile, it could be a man vs. nature (literally the earth) thing, or if it is more edennic and is invaded by man and damaged, it could be about how even the core of the earth is unsafe from man's self-serving ambitions. And if I'm honest, I think 'The Edennic World' is a cool title idea. 'The [adjective] World' makes for cool sounding titles lol.
