anyway here are my answers.

honestly on any other day I'd probably get bingo.
My room is untidy at the moment though I regularly clean it normally, I haven't even been there for a few weeks so it's kinda untouched.
I wouldn't dare say about myself that I have a talent, though other people would probably say that I have one.
I sorta play keyboard but I don't play it regularly enough that I'd consider myself a keyboard player.
I don't necessarily respect people with different opinions, because I just don't respect people unless I have a good reason to, most people where I live are on the rather unsavoury side.
I'm unsure about the normal human speech thing, I'd have said so about a year ago but lately my ability to talk has really deteriorated to a point where sometimes I sound like English was my second language.

I do think this bingo thing can't really be called a 'normal human' bingo, if we're talking about whether you are normal compared to other people, but it's good for finding out whether you lead a generally decent lifestyle. I think I do personally, though I'd like to cross off more of these, particularly want to get a job, and go running outside like I used to.

Plays an instrument: I've been completely unable to touch my dombra for a long time and I kinda wish I could, but I feel straight up blocked inside. I don't know. I just feel so awful at it. I can't hear myself and the prospect of making noise terrifies me.

Loves and respects parents: eh, parental conflict on one side.

Is happy: eh, kinda yes, kinda no

Has a plan for the future: I've been unsure of my future for the past months, and I haven't yet gone back to it, I've pretty much collapsed and haven't yet rebuilt myself up, and for now feel I can't because of circumstances in my life

I wonder if this is just funky façade i put in front of myself , being jolly sarcastic and weird on purpose - or if it has reason...
Do I want to be, or is something making me?
Why does it even matter?
If I am useless on purpose, as the way to not be like everyone else - then I do it on purpose - yet, maybe there is some "hidden agenda" of some trauma, idk - then, is it ok to blame myself, how I was raised, or my surroundings?
But then, this fits for everyone! Not that this problem, but that they too, are affected by various factors.
I'd love to change, but if I don't see what of it in the end, if I just don't want to make others suffer to get things done and have them - I hate when society went like this, to have exploit others, and to be exploited, for just being decent. When are we decent? When we can hurt others and they even love it, to be this way??!

Parents: idk, they made me who I am, prince, prick, useless shit. Too much love; shy, no confidence
Phone: there are sisters contacts too, somewhat, I think, same SIM, or I copied them by accident
Friends: went their own way, had 3 or so,but we are too shy, busyz or indeferent , or no idea what to talk about; bring apart, got lives, forgot?
Sports: could, but I don't like people, idk why. Maybe when they didn't need me, I don't need them too then; urostomy + "waffer" is not heat and sweat resistant
