Hey everyone,
I recently finished up my first full vaporwave album,
Músicasら愛さ عن بعد. I would love it if you all checked it out and gave me some feedback on it!

Now for some comments and feedback of my own. Bear with me since I wrote out an entire review of each album posted (that took me over an hour to write) and it got lost to an auto logout.

This is a very interesting album. I like the usage of the gabber style kick, as well as the radio static and channel changing sounds. It is a very interesting exploration of broken signal. My only issue is that the drums often sound the same in between tracks. Altogether a very interesting album that explores some new space in broken signal!

This is a very strong classic vapor album. It is mellow with great vibes and great sample selection. Though, at some points, it sounds like you were fighting your effect or DAW. In some songs it sounds like your DAW was struggling with the down downpitching and sample stretching. In other places the effects made the song sound (momentarily) tinny. Regardless of all of this, my favorite track has to be INFOMERCIALS. This is, overall, a very strong and well produced EP that I will have to visit again sometime!

This album makes you feel like you are being taken over by a warm ocean. The tracks crash over you like gentle waves in a sea of warm melodies. Though, at times, the album's sampling seems a bit repetitive or drawn out, it keeps you engrossed in the vibe. One of my critiques is that some tracks take to long to open up, leaving 15 to 30 seconds of ramping up into the song. Though ambient music is not my cup of tea, I am particularly fond of Wisps. Altogether this is a good ambient album that washes you over with vibes, but needs some work on the start of the songs!

I'll have to apologize in advance, because there were too many songs here for me to digest in one sitting. Individually the tracks are very strong, but together as a whole the flow of the album feels discordant. From the songs that I sampled from, the theme seems to drastically change from one song to the next. While they all are relatively strong songs by themselves, there is no flow to the album. Overall, this is a good collection of songs, but I like to see more of a thematic flow in albums!

Another strong classic vapor album. I find your choice and usage of samples to be very good, though I would have loved to see more tracks like interlaced in between to act as transitions between songs. In my first pass in writing my review I think I had more to say, but now all I can say is that it is a solid album!

This album is a wonderful exploration and experimentation in the bounds of the vaporwave genre. In the first track I was often finding myself waiting for a acid bass line to kick in and for it to transition to an acid house track. I personally loved the dark grittiness of Pastel Clouds. My only issue with this EP is that it feels, thematically, like two separate EPs interlaced into one. Overall, this EP explores the bounds of vaporwave in a wonderful way, though I wish it were separated into two EPs where the themes were explored more!

This album fills me with the feeling of wonder and a hunger for exploration while serving a sense of cautious curiosity through the overlaying melodies. It is a wonderful exploration of retrofuterism, with my favorite track being People Mover. That being said, the first half of the album feels stronger than the latter in my opinion. Altogether it is a solid album with some vary unique and grasping tracks!

This EP sounds like it is the soundtrack to dungeon crawling, side scrolling retro video game. Each track has me imagining the different areas and zones in this fictitious video game. It brings me back to my childhood where I would whittle away the time playing games on my GBA. That being said, the album has a lot of thematic jumping from track to track, and it leaves me wanting more. Overall, this EP is amazing piece of nostalgia fuel that leaves me wanting more between each track!
