little question about album rollout, what do you think?

I am writing to you because I have a great doubt about my next releases. I don't have many followers and I don't do many plays. I've been writing a record from scratch for the past two years. If you were in my place, would you publish it now? I'm not particularly interested in stats or followers, so I really think I'll publish it regardless.
