The Dutroux Affair is mandatory reading if you consider yourself in anyway redpilled

>This 1235 page document presents a summary of key dates, persons, communications and financial transfers involved in the infamous 1986-1996Dutroux case, in which a number of girls and young women were kept hidden underground and used as sex slaves before being killed. Dutroux was a figure in the European criminal underworld and the case had connections to other underworld figures, to police corruption and from there to Belgium political figures.

>A number of shortcomings in the Dutroux investigation caused widespread discontent in Belgium with the country's criminal justice system, and the ensuing scandal was one of the reasons for the reorganisation of Belgium's law enforcement agencies and widespread allegations of corruption and infiltration of the Belgian justice system by a criminal enterprise. In the White March, 300,000 Belgian citizens protested the mishandling of the case.

>Connerotte testified in the Dutroux case on 4 March 2004. He broke down in the witness box stating that there had been high-level murder plots to stop his investigation into the child-sex mafia. He stated that he had to drive in bullet-proof cars and had armed guards around him at all times because shadowy figures from the crime world were threatening him. The police had informed him that murder contracts had been taken out against the prosecutors in the case. He alleged that organised crime methods were used to discredit his work and make sure that the investigation would end in a judicial failure.

Also mandatory reading:
>A dossier on paedophiles allegedly associated with the British government was assembled by the British Member of Parliament Geoffrey Dickens, who handed it to the then-Home Secretary, Leon Brittan, in 1984. The whereabouts of the dossier is unknown, along with other files on organised child abuse that had been held by the Home Office.

>The Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE) was a British pro-paedophile activist group, founded in October 1974 and officially disbanded in 1984. The group campaigned for the abolition of the age of consent. It was described by the BBC in 2007 as "an international organisation of people who trade obscene material".
>In March 2014, evidence emerged that PIE had received grants totalling £70,000 from the Home Office, after a whistleblower told police he witnessed a successful three-year grant renewal application for £35,000 in 1980, implying that a similar grant had been made in 1977.

Not directly as far as I'm aware, but the parallels to the revelations of the 2016 Podesta emails and accusations of "Pizzagate" are obvious.

Here's something interesting on the Clintons, Romanian hackers Guccifer's letter from prison. Guccifer breached many US politicial figures emails, in the letter he claims: "Hillary Rodham Diane Clinton is one of the high priests, a goddess of this ocult, (sic) satanic, shadow group. One must see their evil and profoundly corrupt motive to understand what I am talking about."

He was sorry he could not provide hard evidence: "So I apologize in front of the unknown soldiers who struggle to take this fight against these monsters to a glorious end. Many of 'em are risking their lives, while doing this behind the computer screens, from inside or outside the system." This was written before Wikileaks began publishing the Podesta emails and revealing the occult Spirit Cooking rituals and coded language/symbology used by the Clinton's and associates.

I know that David Ickle talked about a case in Belgium of abuse of a girl in Belgium but I can't remember the name it was so long ago. Everyone was covering it up it was just like this but it was focused on a specific girl with down syndrome.

This runs deep in the British government. Even low level pedophiles with no government associations are protected by higher ups in the police force so nobody falls down any rabbit holes that could lead to elites getting exposed. A lot of the children are sourced from orphanages. So many that its sort of an open secret even to those that manage them and noone bats an eye when kids go missing or come back abused.

Here are some abridged excerpts of the Marc Dutroux case from the David McGowan novel Programmed to Kill: The Politics of Serial Murder. Its a good book, the entire first chapter of which is dedicated to Marc Dutroux.

Dutroux was convicted along with his wife in 1989 for the rape and violent abuse of five young girls, the youngest being just eleven. Sentenced to thirteen years but serving only three, a prison medical report described him as a "perverse psychopath and an explosive mix." The man who set Dutroux free, Justice Minister Melchior Wathelet, was appointed to serve as a judge at the European Court of Justice at The Hague shortly afterwards.

After Dutroux's release, young girls began to disappear in the vicinity of his homes. Despite being unemployed and receiving social welfare, Dutroux owned at least six houses and lived lavishly.

Tips were provided to the police describing Dutroux's homes as being used as underground torture and imprisonment centers, where kidnapped girls were held, including from Dutroux's own mother. Police searches of the homes came up empty, even though investigating officers reported "hearing children's voices on one occasion."

It wasn't until August 13 1996 that authorities arrested Dutroux, his wife, a lodger, a police officer and a man described as "an associate with political connections", later identified as Brussels businessman and nightclub owner Jean-Michel Nihoul. A statement by one of those arrested, Michel Lelievre, told police investigators that the girls "were kidnapped to order, for someone else." This statement was thrown out by the courts. Police discovered soundproof dungeon chambers in Dutroux's home.

Police ignored tips three years prior from an informant who claimed Dutroux was building secret cellars to hold kidnapped girls before selling them abroad and more astonishingly, the Guardian reported that Belgian police had in their possession a videotape of the dungeon being built, seized in one of their earlier searches.

Two fourteen year old girls were found chained and starving in the dungeon of one of Dutroux's homes, who claimed they were used as child prostitutes. The police would seize over 300 home made child pornography films and go on to dig up the bodies of two eight-year old girls at another of Dutroux's homes. The girls had been repeatedly tortured and sexually assaulted--all captured on videotape, before being left to slowly starve to death. Alongside their desiccated corpses was the body of Bernard Weinstein, a former accomplice of Dutroux. Weinstein had been buried alive. Another two girls were discovered buried under concrete at another one of Dutroux's properties; drugged, then buried alive.

A Los Angeles Times report quoted claims by the children's activist Marie-France Botte that "the Justice Ministry is sitting on a politically sensitive list of customers of pedophile videotapes." The same report noted the discovery of a motorcycle allegedly matching the description of one used in the 1991 assassination of Belgian politician Andre Cools. According to a Telegraph report, Cools "had promised 'shocking revelations' before his death."

Time magazine made mention of secret underground tunnels, drawing parallels to those described by children at the infamous McMartin Preschool.

Jean-Michel Nihoul confessed to organizing an orgy at a Belgian chateau that had been attended by government officials, a former European Commissioner and a number of law enforcement officers. According to the BBC, Nihoul had brazenly claimed: "I am the monster of Belgium." He has all but dared the state to prosecute him, claiming that he is beyond the reach of the law because he has information that, if made public, "would bring the Government and the entire state down." In 2010, Nihoul was dismissed for all charges related to the kidnappings and deaths of minors during the Dutroux case via Nolle prosequi, "unwilling to pursue."

Twenty three suspects, at least nine of whom were police officers detained after raids on homes and the Chaleroi police headquarters, were questioned about their possible complicity or negligence in investigating the case. Three magistrates were also interrogated by investigators. Police also detained five suspects in the Cools assassination, apparently having been given helpful leads from those arrested in the Dutroux case.

The investigating judge of the Dutroux case, Jean-Marc Connerotte, was abruptly dismissed by the Belgian Supreme Court. Many in the public perceived Connerotte as pursuing a prosecution, rather than a cover up. The News Telegraph described him as: "the only figure in the judiciary who enjoys the nation's confidence."

After Connerotte's removal, a special team of police officers interviewing Regina Louf and other 'X' witnesses were the next to be sacked. The 'X' witnesses were victims of the pedophile ring who came forward to tell the story of their victimization. Louf had given names in the pedophile ring, including that of her own parents and grandmother, senior judges, one of the country's most powerful politicians - now dead - and a very influential banker. She claimed that many of her victimizers were secretly filmed for blackmail purposes. She identified Jean-Michel Nihoul as an organizer of parties that involved sex, sadism, torture and murder. Police were able to verify key elements of Regina's story and found that at least one murder she described matched the details of an unsolved murder.

Prosecutor General of Liege, Anne Thilly, declared Regina Louf completely mad and psychologically unfit to make testimony and thus declared her testimony worthless, despite statements from psychologists to the contrary.

Belgium's State Police Chief, Interior Minister and Justice Minister all resigned. A parliamentary inquiry in 1997 identified thirty officials who had "failed to uncover Dutroux's misdeeds." At least ten missing children suspected of having falling prey to Dutroux's operation were never found. And police 'incompetence' allowed Dutroux to escape and remain at large for a brief time in 1998.

Only a few months before the parliamentary commission issued its report on the Dutroux case, a second pedophile network was discovered. Patrick Derochette and three of his family members were arrested after the discovery of the body of a nine-year old girl - Derochette also having been convicted in the past for multiple counts of child rape and having only just left a psychiatric institution after a 6 week stay. Dutroux and Derochette were said to be linked by evidence provided by an investigating lawyer, pointing to Jean-Michel Nihoul.

Six years after Dutroux was taken into custody and his trial was still yet to begin. The Telegraph reported that lab analysis on the 6,000 hairs found in the underground dungeon "began only in this year." [2002] Anne Thilly, the Prosecutor General of Liege who threw out Louf's testimony, was quoted as saying "there was no need to get the hairs analysed as no one else entered the cage. There was no network so there was no need to look for evidence of one. In any case, the hairs have all now been analyzed." Thilly gave no indication of how she knew there was nothing to find before even bothering to look. Contrary to her claims, the BBC reported in their May 2002 report that the hairs had "still not been analysed", according to sources central to the investigation. Thilly also claimed "the bodies [recovered from Dutroux's properties] were too decomposed to test for DNA." Again, the BBC report noted "the autopsy states quite clearly that the bodies were not decomposed. Samples were taken. It is just that no one seems to know what has happened to the results."

Dutroux was quoted as admitting "a network with all kinds of criminal activities really does exist. But the authorities don't want to look into it. He also acknowledged the existence of "a well-grounded [pedophile] ring."

Police found a note in Bernard Weinstein's home in 1996, which led to an investigation of the Abraxas organization and its high priestess, Dominique Kindermans. Nothing came of it.

I can't speak or read Belgian from the document you posted, but for the longest time, I have had some knowledge of the Dutroux case for a while now. It reminds me a bit of the hotly debated Franklin Credit Union Scandal/Sex Abuse Scandal where Republican GOP member, Lawrence King, was accused of being the leader of a child sex trafficking ring in Omaha, Nebraska that's also linked to a number of weird shit throughout the United States. It was so bad to where one man, by the name of Garry Caradori, died while his plane was in the air with evidence ruling it as being an "accident" by law enforcement.
