Anyway, I looked up the original creator's username "OBEYDAWALRUS" and I have stumbled across a wacky rabbit hole.
His videos somehow inspired an entire genre of content and spawned a lot of drama where everyone became convinced he was schizophrenic?
At least according to some redditor.

Obeythewalrus is a pretty old Internet mystery at this point. The girl, for an example, is just a disabled ballet dancer. Nonetheless, it is an Internet horror classic in its own right.

this video disturbed me when i saw it first years ago, but looking at it now it feels more like someone fucking around with effects and some random footage they got from a documentary and the backstory is kinda stupid (who calls their cult "the walrus"??)

It was a drag queen with polio. Died last year.
