Carve this into a cherry wood panel with the grooves at a depth of 3 cm (around 1 inch?), and wait for the next full moon. Then get around 200ml of blood (any animal will do), and go outside, preferably to a graveyard. Then as midnight approaches start pouring the blood in the grooves that you carved. Try to time it so that the entire sigil is flooded with blood by the time midnight hits (but you have some leeway)
