I know, I know, "Fuck Yeah Science" ruined scientific interest for most of us, and maybe that was for good, because for most internet travelers I know, interest in the mystic, magical, occult, paranormal, and supernatural, and last but not least the spiritual, has blossomed over the last decade since 2012. But, there is so much value in knowing how physics works, at least how deep research has actually gone in the times since Sir Isaac Newton. Science, and specifically physics, is a wonderful and fascinating look at how the world works, and holy fuck is it hard to actually grok in any meaningful way, something I have yet to do myself, as knowledge of the maths involved has always been lost on an artist like me. But the more I research the concepts and the layman's explanations, which eventually peel back to reveal concepts that are so fundamental that piecing them together word by word feels like a puzzle which eventually clicks together to make a "Eureka!" moment, a total mental satisfaction that makes one crave to learn more.

Because just how *does* all this stuff just work together, seemingly in almost-complete harmony! A motorized lego set made of trillions upon trillions upon trillions [repeating] that assembled itself, and all the pieces just work together without fail. It's rather astonishing to think there isn't more chaos within physical systems, really, to me is a miracle and a show that maybe we are being nurtured and cared for from Above, from up in the various heavens of mankind and anyone else who cared to wonder at the night sky, or at a tree, or at a shimmering pond: How the fuck is this shit even happening!?

Note: Sorry for the font sizes not matching, I can't seem to find the default font size, it's not 10 and it's not 12 either (this is 12).

Ok, ITT let's talk about physics, and I guess scientific research in general. Dump articles and papers and such about research that interests you personally.

I tend to be in favour of sciences which are about truth rather than augmentation. For example I am against stuff like neurolink because it is designed to alter and corrupt human nature. I am fine with stuff like evolutionary biology and physics because it is about understanding rather than "improving" things.

Your and your post-apocalyptic band of internet wizards are blocked by a group of 15 year old girls, who each shout in tandem, "Fuck Yeah Wicca!"
My take is that science does not contradict esoteric ideas and one can study them both. The commonly held idea that they oppose each other is fake, perpetuated by elites for either university money traps, or some weird cultural condition. Modern experts have depth but no breadth. A wide ocean is not deep, but a narrow hole is unexplorable. To be an actual, well-rounded knowledge seeker, you ought to be balanced. Science's scope is purely the physical realm, so it cannot impact on the esoteric as the esoteric deals beyond the physical realm. In this way they do not contradict each other, instead encompassing everything of our experience when together.

We're at a point where a lot of technology we use basically is magic at this point. Microchips so small you can't see them with your human eyes. Software and algorithms only a tiny fractions of its users actually understand, if at all.
A few months ago I saw this video

and got reminded by how absurd it has gotten.

Yeah, I actually worry about this; where we will get to a point where the entire world is running off of software and even mechanical hardware that no one but the automated ai IoT and accompanying Googlezon-Skynet knows how it works, and humans are once again relegated to the status of cavemen burnt out on tinkering and playing with fire, barely knowledgeable about the world, and now content to live in our cubies and suck on our soda-teats and watch the telly and browse the net. Maybe we are actually closer to that state than I suppose, unfortunately.
