• I added an agora current events board to contain discussions of political and current events to that category. This was due to a increase support for a separate board for political talk.

This right here is perhaps one of the best sandwiches I've ever made. It's a turkey sandwich, with cajun turkey and black pepper turkey on french bread. It's dressed with oil and herbs, blue plate mayonnaise, stone ground mustard, pepperoncini, and sauerkraut.
That being said, I love making sandwiches, so I'll make sure to post some of my other creations here, and I'll be very pretentious about them.
The trick with this kind of sandwich is to use WAAAAY too much oil, and a lot of mayo. That's gonna carry the flavor. Then add salt and pepper, more than you think you need. Oftentimes we look to pickles or relish to add acidity, but sauerkraut (the fermented stuff, not the vinegar brine stuff) takes the place of lettuce for the crunch and also adds the acidity without giving it a vinegar taste, so you don't need to pour vinegar on your sandwich. Made this one yesterday.
I made one like it yesterday afternoon for my old drummer but half of it was roast beef and half was turkey. He's a little guy and it was a big sandwich. He ate the whole thing, so that's telling.
