In 1995, Nintendo Decided to produce some Quiz Cards about world topics, but funnily enough, those quiz cards were represented by the illustrations of characters from Mario Bros, it is an official product and the results, well, it is something you would expected from a quiz card games that has real world facts and mario bros, that is, a cursed product with a strong 90s vibe, to be honest this is amazing.

I love how Mario in this one is just a recolor of Luigi (Literally the Red Luigi)

These don't feel like actual Nintendo products. Muslim Mario is hilarious though. Also, I wonder if kids actually knew the answer to some of these without deducing from the picture. I'll admit I have no idea what happened in Candlestick Park lmao

From experience, I can tell you me n my sis were dumb as hell. But I'm also thinking my Dad/Stepmom got a sample set. Or my hyper Christian stepmom removed cards she thought to be too risqué.

Sad how times have changed. Now the Marxist youth would try to get these pulled from stores. The more they try to oppose the fash the more they become the fash.

The eco warriors are the worst. They are watermelons. Thinly green on the outside, deeply red on the inside.

Fashy Lefties would never let Mario read the qur'an. At least not without CalArts face.

Why doesn't nintendo release these again, due to avoid anything politic?
Low profitability and highly controversial. It would be begging for a lawsuit or at least some triggered blue haired harlot would find issue with it.

The west is woke, but in the bad way.

Political correctness that affecting entertainment these days. Is a big issue in Japan like in US or they don't care?

I am not Japanese so I don't know. You know how it is, America exports cultural imperialism as well. If some blue haired American finds out and is triggered they will try and get the product cancelled.

I think in 90's there was a wave of edutainment and interactive software and material aimed to children like Encarta and Eyewitness and Nintendo jumped to that fad.
