I am only now just finding out about this. I had a huge smile on my face reading this. "wow this toothache guy is pretty funny, all of this WOULD be a total fucking eyesore and overall painful experience. I clicked on your video expecting anything but an actual however-many-million-dollar budget movie trailer depicting everything you typed out. How I didn't hear about this at all is beyond me but I'm happy to have had such a surreal experience via your post.

I watched the movie earlier tonight, it was cool
I expected some sort of jumanji in minecraft thing, but it's actually well written for what it is. Feels sort-of like a PG-13 Scary Movie aimed at the 20 to 30 crowd, it has a ton of nods and jokes children won't get.

The plot feels like an excuse to fool around in Minecraft. I can see the writers were very aware of how silly the minecraft world is and how silly and pretentious the movie would be if it was serious. I'd say they nailed some things quite well too, a lot of scenes are just jokes but other scenes are pretty much just telling you 'hey, remember doing this when you first started playing and didnt know shit?'.

It's a nice movie, I wouldn't mind watching it again. Surely it was a lot better than 'The monkey' (last movie i watched before this one, and it was horrible in every possible aspect)

Something everybody will forget ever existed after after a few weeks? Absolutely!

If something has to be brainrot, it better be good brainrot like unbashedly cartoony, but it's not what its aiming for.
