What anime deserve a proper remake or full adoption of the manga?

A thing i hate in Anime is they don't adopt the full stories for several reasons like Licensing issues, studios not doing well financially, low popularity of the show. Even land of the lustrous, a highly acclaimed show with great use of CGI (Rare in medium) had only 12 episodes. Same for anime remakes. Instead of adopting the same millionth isekai JRPG Light Novel, why don't studios try to expand to niche stuff to have more variety like with that mononoke show(I mean the colorful thing)?

GANTZ really needs a remake. The Anime adaptation is really confusing and doesn't make sense unless you read the manga. It lacked quite a lot of plot and explanations, meaning that the ending was disappointing.

I'm aware of the CGI remake but that should also be remade with a more traditional Anime art style.

A proper remake of Tsubasa Chronicle Reservoir without the filler would be nice.
