What games have you been playing lately?

We recently got Super Mario Wonder, but haven't had time to play past the first level ... since we want to do it co-op.

Been playing it co-op with my wife. It's a pretty good time. Much better art direction than the new series. It actually reminds me a lot of 3D Land/World.

Vampireslop is consuming my life, its the easiest "shut your brain off game" especially if you just play your own tunes over the game and zone out.

I done all the side quests, that is why so disapointing.

There is only one ending that is not a game over, you find the guy whodonit who was never a suspect and he is in a location that you can never go till the end of the game. the whole detectiving is performative because it does not matter, the guy will always be somebody you had no idea who it was till 5 mins to the end.
Persona 4 is a better detective game, and that is not a detective game disco elysium is, Trying to solve a case while being a fucked up detective cop its the whole point of the game.

The politics is whatever its funny when its satire and eyerolling when serious, but it was only serious a couple times, they're more like funny banter than something that actually affects the game. The board game you can play with kim its more politically charged than the actual real game.

The phasmid was the only payoff and even then its made kinda of moot for being kinda deux ex for the real killer.

The one you and I got is a wet fart and the worst way to end a mystery, easily the worst thing about the story. Like, yeah, real-life crimes rarely have dramatic buildup and the story's actually about emotions and shit, but it's still a mystery, and people who like mysteries also like trying to solve them. Goddamn.

Politics don't affect the game really, no, but that's fine with me. It's part of the scenery and feels like more than some throwaway lines. The board game sounds fun though, I never found it.

Alright, well fuck, kinda glad I didn't go back and try a different playthrough. By interactive fiction standards, that's pretty bad; it'd be closer to forgivable if there was more "game" to it.

Blessed are the zombs, for they make such easy targets.

I love that the game is set in 1993, is very aesthetic, the cassette music mod fits really well overall (ignore the miku ones, my headcanon is that vocaloid software was invented by toshiba back 1989, in reality is just an excuse to have miku music in game)

Anyways, i need to keep burning zombies. (fire is everyone's biggest weakness)

Gonna try to play "The Suffering", so far it's an interesting game. It's just hard for me to stay playing a game. I usually play a game nonstop for a month, then never touch it again. It's a very bad habit, althought I usually play WoW, AKA Turtle-Wow, but haven't logged in for about a month/2 now.

After several years of being basically unable to play any Paradox game other than Victoria II (and yet somehow still managing to put 80 hours into HOI4) I'm finally trying Crusader Kings 3 and liking it. I'm not at all good (still haven't united Ireland) but I am enjoying the kind of shit you can get up to in it. It's been that and Rising Storm 2 lately.

WoW Classic and WOTLK. I boosted to play WOTLK, and now I'm going back through 1-60 in classic era servers to get the full experience. In WOTLK I am gearing in gamma dungeons to get a high enough gear score for my first raid. I am excited for Season of Discovery, I think I am going to play DPS Priest (shadow or something related with the new rune system).

Been playing Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty. One of the new endings unlocked, rest will follow soon enough. It's... Alright?
A friend of mine dared me to play Bucky O'Hare (NES), made it to the last level... But only thanks to the unlimited continues. Game keeps kicking my ass.

Those who play Rising Storm 2, are the voicecomms stil broken? Team voice channels leaking to enemies and so forth?
