Yes, I know that these two games are adaptations of Pathfinder campaigns (altough pretty expanded from what I heard). Still, one of my favourite cRPGS.

On the topic of Starfield: a new leaker has emerged.

The biggest flag for me: UC is inspired by the 12 colonies of BSG, they exist in the lore, and are mentioned multiple times in quests, background voices, etc. However, the colonies are not in the game. WTF?

Also a good thing for PC players: the game is CPU-bound. The consoles use old Zen+ cores, effectively a power-gated Ryzen 2700. If you have anything better than the 2700 for games, chances are you'll be just fine.

Waiting patiently for Kenshi 2, the sequel to the sandbox with the most personality that I remember. It's being developed by an actual mod team instead of one guy, and it'll use Unreal instead of Kenshi 1's homebrew engine that runs like molten ass and made heavy modding too difficult for most to attempt it. Worst case is they sell literally the same content with a new engine plus multiplayer (because everyone wants that apparently) and, like, a couple of new weapon types or something, which would be perfectly fine.

(EDIT: actually went on the official forums and they said no to multiplayer in K2. Still fine with that, I don't need pubbies in my comfy wasteland.)

Not game, but hardware. Whatever Nintendo annouces. The switch hardware starts to show its age and Nintendo historically is unable to create good online experience(The only time Nintendo had was Wii U era with miiverse). They should hire people from outside of Japan in departments such as network engineering and UX.

Sea of Stars revealed their mini-game called Wheels:

Looks interesting, a little to involved for a quick jaunt while in a tavern, but it may grow on me.

Kenshi uses OGRE (Object-oriented graphics rendering engine) for 3D, which was an interesting choice even back when development started. Back then there was a lot of tooling available for id Tech 3, including the popular editor GtkRadiant.

Apologies, I got my facts wrong. Did some brief reading, it's cool that that open-source engine's still floating around today. I'm less negative on K1's engine, though however it was used, it wasn't optimized very well. Makes my computer's fans run on full blast to stop my GPU from melting.

The Phantom Liberty DLC and Cyberpunk: Project Orion. It seems that CD Projekt Red has actually learnt from its errors.

Silent Hill 2 is one of my favorite games so I'm praying to God that Konami doesn't fumble the remake.
