What would a vaporwave festival be like?

What are some things you would see at a vaporwave festival that you wouldn't see at a normal music/arts fest?

I think there would be a lot of installation art. To me it would have to focus a lot more than other festivals on creating a unique and evocative space to exist in and take in the music / video.
