Where Do You Go to Create Cassettes

I've been perusing my options for cassette releases, but I'd like a second and third opinion before taking the plunge and ordering some.

So far, duplication.ca seems to be the definitive option for ordering cassettes. I've seen a few other sites, but none with the amount of customization. Is there anyone here who's gone through them before? How pleasant is the process, and how was the quality of the result?

I'd like to know of any potential problems I could run into while ordering them as well. TIA

We do all our cassettes through duplication.ca and they're great people. They keep you up to date on every step. I've been working with Ashley on the last few releases and she's super great. The quality is excellent. I highly suggest going through them. They're really professional and I'm pretty sure it's free delivery in North America. Can't beat it!
