As a Brit and an adult...
Summer. Winter is just darkness, heating bills, cold, heating bills, heating bills, Christmas, warm clothing, heating bills. It sucks
Warm clothing is nice! And getting some blankets will stop those heating bills.

I love summers in San Diego, California. Ice cream, going to the beach, waterparks, hikes, lots of outdoor activities, and being exposed to sunlight. However, it feels draining and repetitive to have multiple days with blue skies with no clouds and every day is about 75 - 90 degrees. Lack of diverse seasons and weather patterns are repetitive as well. It's also annoying how most schools here are outdoors so we always ended up going places drenched in sweat.

Winter is nice and it's nice being able to wear jackets finally and I love the rain. It's also pretty spiritual because of Christmas and New Years. The thing about winter though is that we have short daylight periods, less activities available (especially in the rain), I always get sick whenever the temperature drops drastically, and it gets cold in my house.

Overall, I love summer though. I always associate it with breaks and relaxing.

I hate summer so damn much. Australian summer is hitting and we're finally getting the crappy muggy days now. The other day I go out for my usual weekend lunch with my girl, and because the train line is the closest to the coast, there was a haze of pubescent hormones all heading to the beach. Everywhere you go the girls have their asses on display, embellished with the thinnest strip of fabric they can get away with. Then we get back home and it's ungodly humid anywhere that the fan isn't blowing on the highest setting. I just hate the heat so much.
As for winter, I love the wind that comes in winter, as well as autumn, that's the only thing I could miss about this place -- though I guess other places get something similar anyway, I don't know. And the overcast days of winter are a respite for my sensitive eyes. And I miss the snow.
Unsurprisingly a lot of other users prefer winter too, probably because we are usually inside. You could say that the summer usually has to be tolerated, whereas the winter can be enjoyed, excepting only places where they live off their preserved food in the winter; I can only imagine what an ordeal that would be.
After this current summer, I've realised how much I hate heat, probably more than I ever have. The other night it was only 30 degrees but I struggled severely falling asleep or having people touch me. Wouldn't say I'm a strong winter fan either, but I'd rather the cold over heat any day of the week. I'm at my happiest around 20-25 degrees I think

The way I see it, Summer is for getting things done, whereas Winter is for repairing and preparing for the upcoming year. Its hard to pick between the two, but overall I'd probably say Winter. The Summers here are so damn hot and all the tiny little bugs get caught in my hair and I'm all salty and sticky everyday after working. Though the Sun really does charge me wild, in a good way; that's what I mean by Summer being the time I get stuff done.
The main problem with Winter is the lack of sunlight, which can make the days blend together if you're not careful. Still though, its easier on me.
I've passed out of heatstroke twice in my life, its not a very nice experience.
Same. The actual experience of passing out was kinda cool to me. I remember feeling super comfortable and hearing a voice. Then I became concious again and realized I collapsed on my customer's porch and busted my nose. The headache was excruciating though and I felt like shit for a few days.

One thing I definitely don't like about winter is how the sun goes down before 5pm for at least a month in Michigan. It makes me feel really weird for some reason when the sun goes down before dinner. That and also I think I suffer from seasonal depression because every single year when winter starts hitting in full force I have a hard time functioning right if I'm not careful. However I also live in a building without central AC so when it gets hot in the summer I have to lug a fan around to wherever I want to go in my apartment. idk there are bad and good bits to every season. I just wish that Fall wasn't so unpredictable around here bc it never seems to just be Fall and that's my favorite season. Instead the weather usually flip flops between too hot for Fall and too cold for Fall until it's just full on winter. but hey the lake effect is a thing so I doubt weather in Michigan will ever be normal

For me, it's spring.
Being able to open the windows and let the fresh air in. Seeing buds on the trees and green shoots poking through the melting snow. Cleaning out the house. Feeling like things are finally starting to happen again after six straight months of stagnant grey death. Hearing birds and other animals outside. Getting out of work while it's still light out. Walking outside with only a light jacket on.
It's great, I love it. Spring is the only season I have special feelings for and it puts me in a good mood every year.

I'm a med so summer all the way.
Winter sucks. You can't get anything done cause the sun goes down at like 6pm and you need to put on layers of clothing just to step out your front door. In the summer I don't even need to have a shirt on all day. I can get my mail in my underwear and be perfectly comfortable.
There's plenty of daylight to get things done outside and have fun. You can go to the beach and eat ice cream and be out until 8pm and still have some daylight left when you come home. Lots of fesitvals and events happen in the summer, if you're a kid/work at a school you get the whole season off. What's not to love?

IMO winter "enjoyers" are just shut ins who enjoy having an excuse not to leave the house. They should get out and get some fresh air once in a while!

Spring its the perfect season. The flowers, girls wearing cute dresses, Good time cycle where its not dark at 3 pm and not sunny at 11pm. When all the best events and conventions happen, Comfy rain every once in a while to break the cycle and most immportantly Hot enough for outside activities but cold enough so I don't have to look like this all the time.

But I enjoy going out in winter far more than I do summer. No beach people eyesores, nor dreadful heat, no gross sunsceen smell. Plus, cool wind smells amazing. And yes, I enjoy being in the rain.

I changed my mind. Summer is way better. Winter slows everything down and I end up dreading what could happen next. In the Summer I'm a lot more positive, even if I'm sweaty as hell.

When it comes to seasons, in the past I would've answered winter. But I've massively changed my mind since I began my fat loss journey and now I HATE winter!

I can't wait for summer. When it becomes winter, I used to be able to take it but now it just gets way too cold for me and it kinda sucks. I can't just freely move around in the cold like I can in the summer so I end up becoming more of a hermit in winter. Also, it makes it harder for me to ride my bike around. Spring would be the most ideal season for me though. Well, except for the allergies (I can deal with it) I get from spring but everything else is amazing.

Err both really, by the time I'm halfway through one season I find myself waiting on the next since there are things about both season that I appreciate experiencing.

It's a very polarizing topic. For some reason some people's body can handle the heat or the cold much better. It's also related to humidity, so if you're going to argue for or against, try to mention how humid it is (or isn't) where you live.
Personally, I'm a winter man through and through, for all my life. Many summers where I live have been uncomfortably humid whereas winter here is just perfect. It's never gone below 0° C but it also doesn't go above 20°C. The only sad thing is I've never seen snow.

I've lived in the South for a while so I've been subjected to awful humid summers. As such, I am a winter enjoyer. It is so nice to be warm and cozy and drink warm stuff and take long hot showers and then sleep under heavy sheets!!! Some of the best parts of life in my opinion.

I like summer cause it's pleasant to go outside
I don't like summer cause my clothes get unbearably sweaty
I like winter cause there's snow and it looks pretty
I don't like winter cause there's almost never any snow where I live, so it's just cold and bleak and kinda ugly

Ultimately, my favorite time of year is spring and fall, cause that's the only time where it's warm enough to go outside comfortably without sweating or freezing, AND it also looks nice.
