I wondered about that stuff too, but I kinda found a way out of that, at least for myself: everything on the internet is by default bullshit. You can guess if something isn't bullshit by seeing by who it is said and if it's coherent logically. And yeah, it's true that there's an information overdose, but if you'll look at what exactly is pumped out, it's just incoherent noise that goes nowhere. It's basically clickbait after clickbait of rambling. You can easily ignore it.
