No clue what your issue is but there really are theraphist who can help you. They might be hard to find and from personal experience I can say with many you don't click that well, but that doesn't mean it's impossible to find one that will. Some really are good and will make you see things in a better light. You shouldn't also believe it's impossible. By doing that you kinda guarantee that it won't help since you already are closed to potential things that could help you.
