I assume its a CD in that little case?
The easiest way would be to get some software that can rip audio from the CD onto your computer. To be honest, I started doing this a long time ago so I don't know what software is best for that these days, but you can probably find something free to do it with.
Next thing you need is a drive to put the CD in. If your computer doesn't have one built in, you can buy a relatively cheap USB plug-n-play CD Drive and that will work just fine.
