You may have hyperhidrosis which I have and it makes you sweat more than normal. Or it could be what you're eating. The struggle is real.
usually i could use a shirt for 3-5 days depending on heat w just 1 shower a day bc I don't go out much but damn I raised my arm today and was baffled maybe I was stinky before and got used to being clean now
I'm not eating at all, half my usual lunch, nothing before or after I might be using too much my brains
