How many of you keep a dream journal?
I've been trying to keep one, but every other day I totally forgot what I dreamt. Moreover, most of my entries are pretty vague, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't kept dream diary for several years. I used to have a paper notebook, then some app on my phone, and OneNote journal on computer, but I always gave up after a few months.

I wrote down key words as soon as possible after waking up, and later I remembered more and more details. It was usually 1-2 pages.

I immediatly give up with a dream journal. When I wake up, I immediatly have to go. I don't have time for a dream journal. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I'm not gonna sit up and write about my dreams. I used to write it the day after, if I still remember it, but got bored of it pretty quickly. I do wanna have a dream journal again, to induce lucid dreaming again.
