I think that it's due to that and the simplicity of the questions. If I answer "no" to "You should get fired for disrespecting a coworker's identitity." the test will take it as "ohh so you are a racist homophobe then?". This happens with every single one of these tests to be honest.

There was a question in a different quiz that was about if i supported a department for assimilating immigrants. I answered no, not because i think immigrants shouldn't assimilate but because i am against immigration. These quiz's are soo half assed.
