I remember seeing someone here compare the internet to the subconscious/dreams of all humanity. I think that's a really cool comparison and want to reread the original post about but can't seem to find it anywhere, does anyone happen to remember what thread that was in? My attempts to search for it using keywords like "internet subconscious dreams" and the like have failed.

I know there's a thread for this but I can't find it, so I'm making it a profile post.
I just saw that no_chill deleted his account (or maybe he was banned? I haven't been online much recently) which makes me pretty sad. I know he may have been controversial to some but he was the only user here who would consistently reach out to me to talk, ask for my opinion on things, once even asked how I was doing after seeing a certain post I made. Closest thing I've ever had to an internet friend, probably. I hope he's doing well, wherever he is.

Anyone know a program that could index all the albums I have on apple music/itunes into a text file? I'm thinking of transitioning from streaming to just downloading all my songs but I want to make sure I save everything I have added first.
