I grew up listening to only music from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s because that's all my parents listened to. One of the things I dislike about vaporwave is when you know these songs, sometimes the way people use them as samples can be annoying. In the song s i c k by R E Z N O R W A V E he loops the first five seconds of Wonderful Tonight by Eric Clapton over and over the entire song. If you know the song by heart you sit there mentally like "when is the song gonna start" and it never does. Like listening to a skipping CD.

One of the things I like most about this place is that everyone here seems to understand that we can disagree and not hate eachother or fight. IRL it seems that is lost on most people.

I just tried 16 floppy disks and every single one refused to format. I'm more inclined to think it's the crappy USB floppy drive than 16 disks. I guess I'll have to buy an internal one and an IDE controller.

I just wasted like three CD-Rs trying to burn a CD. I've done it before idk what the issue is. Various burn speeds, software, disk brands. So annoying.
