If you want someone to agree with you when you say 'old thing good new thing bad', just throw 'because of late stage capitalism' somewhere in there. Works like a charm...
I bought a t-shirt at the thrift store today cause I thought the pattern looked cool. when my parents saw it they said, 'That looks like a girls's shirt.' when I looked closer I thought, "Yeah, I guess the company on the label sounds vaguely feminine, but it's a t-shirt, so whatever."
I just tried it on and yeah, it's a girl shirt. The neck is really low cut and the sleeves are tight and short. There's just something about the silhouette that is obviously girly. I never realized a simple t-shirt could look so feminine...
I live in the worst place ever. The scenery is dull as shit, the roads suck ass...When it's dry, the wind causes dust tornadoes that basically blind you, and when it's wet, you get mud up to your knees...
One thing I love about old comics is the lurid, flat colours. It was a very distinct stylistic quirk that set them apart. I don't know why artists decided to run away from it, though of course I realise the technology moved on.
It's always funny to follow certain musicians careers, and see them doing totally different shit every five years in order to keep up with the zeitgeist. View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RLcdPpjKKHo
This is what girls write on the bathroom walls when they know someone's going to take a picture at some point. My school didn't allow phones or cameras, and the girls bathrooms were all covered in drawings of dicks, lists of cute guys, and trails of shit that seemed to have been applied by hand.
This song is pretty good. However I wish they would build on those synth riffs a bit more. Also I wish Playboy Carti didn't sound like an 80 year old man.
