The first song I ever fell in love with was Twilight Techno by Dimrain47, used as a soundtrack to a silly little flash game named "Particles":



Some other picks: "Indignant Divinity" from "Tower of Heaven", "The Valley" from "William and Sly" (absolute peace translated into sound), "Alice is Dead" from "Alice is Dead Episode 3". If I were to pick something not from a flash game, then "D. S. Al Coda" from "The Beginner's Guide". Also the entire soundtracks to the Submachine series, Amberial series, and Ball Revamped 5: Synergy. Probably too many others I've forgotten. For me in 2006-13, flash games were half of my life.
